    The Connect Network is designed to help mortgage advisers create and grow successful, compliant businesses with access to over 200 lenders and comprehensive support.

  • Who can join the Connect Network?
    Both experienced advisers and those new to the industry can join, with tailored membership options for each.

  • What membership options are available?
    There are two main membership options: Core Membership for experienced advisers and the Academy for those with less than 12 months of recent experience.

  • What benefits do members receive?
    Members gain access to extensive training, a wide range of products, compliance support, marketing tools, and a robust CRM system.

  • How does the Academy support new advisers?
    The Academy offers enhanced training programs, case management support for the first six months, and supervision until Competent Adviser Status (CAS) is achieved.

  • What products can I advise on as a member?
    Members can advise on residential, buy-to-let, commercial, second charges, bridging, development loans, business loans, equity release, protection plans, and general insurance plans.

  • What is the cost of membership?
    Membership fees start from £100 per month, depending on the permissions chosen, and include all necessary FCA fees and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

  • How do I get started?
    Complete the application forms that we’ll provide and submit them along with the supporting documents. Connect will handle the due diligence, authorisation, and initial training.

  • Is there a support team available?
    Yes, the Connect Network offers a dedicated Member Support Team, Compliance Coaches, Specialist Placement Team, and Business Relationship Managers to assist you.

  • How quickly can I start advising?
    After processing your application, the FCA typically takes a few weeks to issue your number. During this time, you can complete your training to be ready to start advising immediately upon approval.
